MS Barbarians put up a spirited performance against an OG's XV made up of the club's 1st, 2nd & 3rd teams. The Stones, aided by some strong running performances by youngsters Sam Bailey, Luke Faggetter & Alex Donohue, held their own for long periods but were ultimately undone by their inability to put points on the scoreboard when in possession. OGs greater strength in depth eventually told by running in 2 late trys to compliment their 1st half try & penalty.
But in other news those who remember last years 65-0 kicking we took from Rye on the park might be interested to learn that our threes (aka The Dream Team) played them this weekend. The final score? THREE - NIL to the dream team....
