Itinerary:-

Friday 25^th Apr

4:00AM Meet at Clubhouse

4:30 AM Depart Maidstone to Stansted Airport - Coach

Flight (RyanAir) Stansted - Cork (Dep 7:20 Arr 8:50), latest check-in 6:40AM

Note: Weight allowance = 15Kg per person + 7Kg hand baggage

Coach from Cork Airport to Bandon

Accommodation -Munster Arms Hotel

Note: You require either a Passport or European Driving Licence to travel!!!

Saturday 26^th Apr

AM Court

Coach to Fixture 1

Fixture 1 v Ballincollig RC.3rd/Vets XV.

Evening - To be decided

Sunday 27^th Apr

Court

Check out of hotel

Travel to Fixture 2 - Coach

Fixture 2 v Bandon RFC 3rd/4th XV.

Coach to Cork airport from fixture.

Flight (RyanAir) Cork - Stansted (Dep 6:15 PM Arr 7:25), latest check-in 5:45PM

Stansted to Maidstone - Coach

DRESS CODE

1) Hats will be worn or carried at all times

2) No baseball caps

3) Hats that have been worn in previous Tours will not be tolerated

4) Bow ties will be worn at all times

FRIDAY: Assemble and travel to hotel in tour shirts

SATURDAY & SUNDAY: Breakfast in dressing gowns

COURT: Summer shorts, loud shirts, red T-shirts and Court hats.

Note: This will be the dress for traveling to the games.

EVENING WEAR (and return trip): Open
