







Training Nights
Pre-Season Training commenced in early June and is now well underway.
Training takes place on Tuesday & Thursday evenings at The Mote commencing at 7:30pm (prompt), all senior squad players are expected to attend and players from all the club's XVs are welcome. In addition the lower XVs conduct their own specific sessions on Thursday evenings commencing at 8:00pm.
In addition Snaun Neaves runs the ever popular 'Fat Boys' training at 12:00 midday on Saturdays; and guess what? You don't have to be fat to attend!!
In addition and thanks to the cooperation of club sponsors David Lloyd Health Clubs, the club has access to state of the art fitness equipment and facilitires at the Maidstone David LLoyd Health Club. There is access for a limited number of senior squad players to conduct fitness training to a bespoke training programme provided by the club. The club also conducts squad sessions at the centre by appointment.
